Mayari Villa serves as Regional Manager and Executive Director for Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe and Harrah’s Lake Tahoe Hotel & Casino, overseeing The Burks Companies’ operations throughout the Reno–Tahoe region. With more than 20 years of experience in environmental services and hospitality, she brings deep expertise in operations management, team development, quality assurance, and guest service excellence.

Mayari has earned a reputation as a knowledgeable, hands-on, results-driven leader, successfully managing diverse, multicultural teams of up to 240 employees while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, operational performance, and guest satisfaction.

She is particularly passionate about mentoring and developing team members, guided by her belief that “there are no bad employees, only bad managers.” Mayari emphasizes effective leadership, clear expectations, and giving employees the training and support they need to succeed — cultivating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
