Freddy is a Regional Manager with over 20 years of leadership experience across operations, facilities management, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and distribution. He oversees multi-site operations with a focus on team development, operational excellence, safety, and profitability.

Prior to joining TBC, Freddy served as an Area Manager with ABM Industries, overseeing janitorial operations across multiple Amazon fulfillment and distribution centers in Georgia, where he chaired the ABM/Amazon Southeast Region Safety Committee and led large-scale operational initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with Aramark, HHS, Atlantic Health System, Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing, Martin Brower Distribution, Marriott, and Starwood Hotels, building expertise in multi-site operations, workforce development, contract negotiations, and organizational transformation.

Freddy began his career in New York City’s hospitality industry, gaining extensive experience in unionized environments and holding leadership roles at properties including the Parker Meridien Hotel, Swissôtel The Drake New York, Manhattan East Suite Hotels, and the Westin New York Times Square, as well as a special assignment with Starwood Hotels at the W Atlanta Buckhead. A certified trainer in Housekeeping and Front Office Operations through Starwood, he is fluent in English and Spanish and known for building engaged, high-performing teams around a commitment to service and operational excellence.
