Talitha Nailah is a Human Resources, Risk Management, and Operations executive with more than two decades of experience spanning telecommunications, global business, employment law, and strategic organizational leadership. She serves as Vice President, Human Resources and Risk Management/Safety.

Talitha began her career at Sprint Communications before being recruited by AT&T, where she advanced into the company’s Global Sales organization in Chicago, managing telecommunications portfolios for major clients including McDonald’s Corporation, Arthur Andersen, and Hewitt Associates, and designing a customer service application later implemented across the company’s global network. She went on to serve as Global Markets HR Manager, focusing on IT talent recruitment and training development.

In 2003, Talitha joined The Burks Companies, where she built the company’s HR and Safety functions, led OSHA VPP readiness and ISO 9000 compliance initiatives, and developed talent acquisition and retention strategies. She later spent five years at an Atlanta employment law firm, gaining employment litigation and labor strategy experience from both sides of the legal process, before returning to TBC in 2021 to lead Human Resources and Risk Management — overseeing recruitment, succession planning, safety, and organizational strategy.
